It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helen Elizabeth Gallion Knight (Aberdeen, Maryland), born in Churchville, Maryland, who passed away on April 18, 2025, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell E. Gallion and Marie Gallion (Wirsing); her husband George Knight; her brothers, Lewis, Earl, Russell and Phillip Gallion; her sisters-in-law, Charlotte and Ardna Gallion; and her nephew Nolan Gallion, III.
She is survived by: her brothers, Nolan W. Gallion, Sr. and Joseph Gallion (Carol); and her sister-in-law Mary Lou Gallion.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Tarring-Cargo Funeral Home (333 S Parke St, Aberdeen, MD 21001). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Churchville Presbyterian Church.
