He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Severn and Dorothy Stutheit (Leutner); and his brother Charles Severn. He is survived by: his wife Sandra "Sandy" Severn (Warfield); his children, Mark E. Severn of Glen Rock, PA and Brenda L. Evans of Bel Air; his grandchildren, Douglas B. Evans, Sean M. Evans and Katherine "Katie" E; his great grandchild Logan D. Evans; and his sisters, Anna Severn (Beatty) of Friendship, MD and Frances C Murphy of Havre.
