He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles W. Armour, Jr. and Evelyn Marie Armour (Blevins). He is survived by: his wife Susan R. Armour; his children, Kailey Peterson (Joe) of North East, MD and Justin P. Armour (Jess) of Northampton, PA; his stepson Eddie Garmzaban (Layla); his sisters, Denise Marie Calder of North East, MD and Candace Gayle Armour of North East, MD; and his grandchildren, Kasey, Joe Jr., Camden, Jaxon, Peyton, Jacob, Olive, Rain and Julian.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to CASA of Elkton, in care of the funeral home.
