Garcia (Kilgore); his children, Troy Garcia (Angie) of Aberdeen, Sonda Rotolo of Shreveport, LA and Valda Rotolo of Aberdeen; his stepsons, Stephen Duff (Jackie) of Perryville, Tony Duff (Sandy) of Bel Air and Richard Duff of Havre de Grace; and his siblings, Jose Garcia of Austin, TX and Nellie Vela of Austin, TX. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
