She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Kragl and Emily Louise Ayers Kragl; and her brother Frank Joseph Kragl, Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Sheldon Earl Day; her son Kent Patrick Day; her daughter-in-law Dawn Mertz Day; her granddaughters, Taylor Ann and Kayleigh Michelle Day of Abingdon, MD.; and her sisters, Susan Jane Lewis of Elkton, MD and Emily Jean Clark (Cecil Clark) of Orangeburg, SC. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
