It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Belinda Darnell (Ramey) Gugliotta of Aberdeen, Maryland, born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on July 6, 2023, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold D. Ramey Sr. and Thelma M. Ramey. She is survived by: her husband Thomas Gugliotta; her daughter Sabrina Ramey; her grandson Nathan Stanley; and her siblings, Donna Ostrowski, Harold Ramey Jr., Daniel Ramey and Harold Marshall.
