“Barbara was a very dear friend and loving neighbor to us for many years. My fondest memory of her is seeing her at our back door with a small bouquet of flowers from her own garden or a plate of Madelines that she had freshly baked.. We hosted her for dinner frequently and were always amazed as she regaled us with many stories of her past as an important denizen of Harford County. We will always love and miss this wonderful lady and dear friend. Steven and Teresa Marshall”
