It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hilda Arlene Rapp of Abell, Maryland, born in Fairmont, West Virginia, who passed away on August 27, 2024, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. In the sacred silence of farewell, Hilda Arlene is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. She was predeceased by: her husband Lee, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Edwin (Denise), Lee, Jr. Jackson (Deborah) and Janet.
