She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Howard Hayden and Pearl Quade Hayden of Abell, MD; her husband Gary Moore; her former husband Robert V Crowder; her siblings, Clare, Mary, Edward, Harriett, Josephine and Jean; her son Brian; and also Gracia.

She is survived by: her sister Lois Justice; her children, Melanie, Gini and Jeff; her children-in-law, Larry, Mark and Margaret; her grandchildren, Fiona, Luca, Briana and Kieron; and also, Sylvan Crowder and Melanie.
