He is survived by: his spouse Dolores Whitehead (Sylvia); his children, Wanda Johnson (Eric) of Sandwich, Dianne Shipman (Chris) of Fitchburg, Robert L. Whitehead, Jr. (Randall), VanTassel Souza of Barnstable and Janet Souza (Randy) of Harwich; and his siblings, William Eldredge of Texas, Beryl Lizzotte of Florida and Neila Bryant of New Bedford. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
