Carnes of Yarmouth Port, Massachusetts, born in Wenham, Massachusetts, who passed away on September 4, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Karen; his son Brendan; his daughter-in-law Weronika; and his granddaughter Romy.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 11th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hallett Funeral Home (273 Station Ave, South Yarmouth, MA 02664). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 12th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the First Lutheran Church of Cape Cod (1663 Main St, Yarmouth Port, MA 02675).

In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation in Peter's memory to the Sean M. Gannon Memorial Fund, the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, or the VNA Hospice and Palliative Care of Cape Cod.
