He is survived by: his wife Mary Janice Oliva (Grogan); his siblings, Stephen Oliva (Andrea) and Janice Oliva; his children, Barbara Rodrigues (Carlos), Michael Oliva (Linda), Suzanne Oliva (Joel Botsford) and Deborah Oliva; his grandchildren, Matthew Pulsifer (Lisa), Jessica Sanphy (Reid) and Michael Oliva (Katherine); and his great grandchildren, Lucille Pulsifer and Camden Oliva. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
