He is survived by: his wife Joyce M. Collins; his granddaughter Sarah A. Johnson of Provincetown; his daughter Stephanie A. Johnson of Yarmouth Port; his grandchildren, Montie, Katherine and Colby; his son Craig E. Johnson (Karen) of Mashpee; and his grandsons, Benjamin, Samuel and Alexander.
