He was predeceased by: his parents, Eddie O'Brien and Donna O'Brien of Duxbury, MA; and his grandparents, Charles, Kathleen O'Brien, Louis and Dolly Campers.
He is survived by: his siblings, Lynn Johns (Ed) of Brooklyn, CT, Kim Sulfaro (Domenic) of Pembroke, MA, Tracey Coleman (John) of Duxbury, MA, Mark O'Brien of South Boston and Eddie O'Brien (Tara) of Wrentham, MA.; and his nieces and nephews, Vincent, Cirina Johns, Chelsi Coleman, Anthony Sulfaro, Madison, Gavin and Thomas O'Brien.
