He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Whitaker and Sallie Whitaker (Reid). He is survived by: his siblings, Albert Whitaker, Kim Whitaker Shanks, Dana Whitaker, Donna Whitaker Vickers and Stanley Cruz.
