We are sad to announce that on April 9, 2024, at the age of 97, John W. Merritt Jr. of Wrentham, Massachusetts, born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Joan Merritt (Pendleton); his parents, John W. Merritt, and Annette Merritt, Sr. (Duffield); and his daughter Beverly Linton Bennour. He is survived by: his daughters, Penny Merritt of Wrentham and Nancy Billingsley; his niece Laura Pendleton Atwood (Richard, Jr.) of Franklin; his nephew Lars Pendleton of Florida; his great-nieces, Breanna, Mackenzie and Julia Atwood; his great-nephew Scott Pendleton; and also Youcef Bennour of Arlington.
