He was predeceased by: his parents, Edmund G. Carroll and Eva B. Carroll (Patterson); his wife Lorraine E. Carroll (Bowes); his daughter Deborah B. Bramante of Bourne, MA.; and his siblings, Bernard, Elizabeth Kampfhenkel and Frederick.
He is survived by: his son James L. Carroll (Lisa) of North Grafton, MA; his grandchildren, Lindsay, Rebecca and James; his siblings, William, Leonard and Ruth Kidd; and his girlfriend Shirley Thoms. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
