She was predeceased by: her parents, William O. Kivi and Blanche I. Kivi (Goff); her husband Richard T. Sullivan; and her brother William O. Kivi Jr. (Phyllis) of Walpole. She is survived by: her children, Kathie Farrington (Wayne) of Canaan, Scott Sullivan of Wrentham, Brian Sullivan of Newark and Nancie McDonald (Keith) of Wrentham; her granddaughters, Jessica, Melissa, Nicolette, Justine and Adelle; and her great grandchildren, Molly, Keegan, Haley and Julia.
