He was predeceased by: his parents, Burt Cushman and Alice Cushman; his siblings, Jack, Corky and Lee; his close friend Ernie Hatter of Stamford, CT.; his wife Carol Evelyn Stuart of Stamford, CT; and his son Bob. He is also survived by children and spouses, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
