He is survived by: his wife Kathy Phillips (Sawyer) of Worthington; his children, Rick Phillips (April) of Tennessee, April Phillips (William Cooper) of Worthington, Jessica Phillips (Daniel Hooker) of Connecticut and Diane DeLeon (Steve) of Texas; his siblings, Thomas Phillips (Susan) of Michigan, Ramona Leach (Brian) of Michigan and Diane Lauren (Michael) of Michigan; and his sister-in-law Sarah Phillips of Michigan.
