Royal Jr. (Judith) of Worcester, Steven T. Royal (Donna), Matthew T. Royal, Margaret D. Richard (Francis) of Littleton, Shawn D. Royal (Tiffany) of Worcester and Patrick A. Royal (Denis Gagne Jr.) of Southbridge. He was also cherished by 12 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; and 6 great-great grandchildren.
