He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Philip B. and Phyllis J. Burke (Schmidt); his wife Margaret "Maggie" Burke (Mahoney); and his brother Philip Burke. He is survived by: his children, Ryan W. Burke (Ashley Ward) of Santa Barbara, California and Brianna Burke (Benjamin Attella) of Woodbridge, Virginia; his siblings, Gregory Burke of Holden, Kim Burke Bianchi of Falmouth, Carolee of Holden and Heidi Burke of Holden; his grandchildren, Cameron Attella and Alexandra Attella; and his close friend Sandra LaVenture of Worcester. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
