He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Ellen C. Alicandro (Flaherty); his children, Kathleen A. Alicandro of Worcester, Rosemarie Nyman (Scott) of Shrewsbury, Vincent P. Alicandro, Jr. of Worcester, Charles A. Alicandro (Jean) of New Britain, CT and A. Jeffrey Alicandro (Dotty Rutter) of North Rose, NY; his brothers, Ernest and Alfred Alicandro; his grandchildren, Samantha, John Alicandro, Erin, Carly Alicandro, Ryen Alicandro, Lindsay LaMora, Madeleine Harmon and Alec Nyman; his cousin John D'Iorio of Worcester; his siblings, Angelo Alicandro and Louise Vincequere; and his parents, Alfredo and Maria Alicandro (Caruso). He was also cherished by five great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
