He is survived by: his wife Hyqeta Kalaja (Kadilli); his children, Alban Kalaja (Elsa) of Worcester, Erjon Kalaja (Suchira Channoi) of Worcester and Rovena (Arben Rrozhani) of Albania; his grandchildren, Arbi Kalaja, Era Kalaja of Worcester and Dea Rrozhani of Albania; and his parents, Ibrahim Kalaja and Dije Deliallisi. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
