He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip O'Malley and Mary O'Malley (Monahan); and his siblings, Philip O'Malley and Mary O'Malley. He is survived by: his wife Patricia O'Malley (Harrington); his sons, Sean O'Malley of Worcester and Brian O'Malley (Allie Kleva O'Malley); his grandchildren, Eamonn and Keegan of Chatham, NJ; his son Michael O'Malley of Worcester; his siblings, Paul O'Malley of San Francisco, James O'Malley (Mary) of Marlborough and Elizabeth O'Malley of Westborough; and his sisters-in-law, Lucy O'Malley of Centerville, Mary Ellen Harrington of Worcester, Eleanor Harrington, Chicopee and Kathleen Burgess (Richard) of Conway, SC. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
