He was predeceased by: his wife Donna M. Sclamo (McLaughlin); his son Anthony Sclamo; his sisters, Mary Giacobbi and Patricia Hewins; and his parents, Joseph V. Sclamo and Dorothy Sclamo (Racienski).
He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Sclamo, Stephen J. Sclamo, Jr. of Worcester, Christopher Parzych of Worcester and David S. Sclamo (Stephanie) of Worcester; his grandson David S. Sclamo, Jr. of Worcester; and his siblings, Joseph V. Sclamo, Jr. (Tamela) of Worcester, Marc A. Sclamo (Kelly) of Auburn, Michael Sclamo (Anissa), Joanne Mallett of Worcester and Donna M. Sclamo of Worcester. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
