He was predeceased by: his brother De To; and his parents, Tru To and Con Thi Pham. He is survived by: his children, Huy To, Melanie Yu of Maryland, Lana Marcucio of Connecticut and Lilly Tsui of New Jersey; and his siblings, Sam To of Worcester, To Quốc Sieu of Vietnam, Phola To of Worcester, Vivian To of Worcester and To Le Dung of Vietnam. He is also survived by five grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
