Sheila Hannen Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sheila Hannen (Worcester, Massachusetts), who passed away on December 4, 2024 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John McCarthy (Jack) and Maureen McCarthy; and her sister Maureen Sherman. She is survived by: her husband Jim; her children, Colleen Perry (David), Kelly Hannen (John Laverde), Tara Hannen (Nicholas Lucia) and Emily Sandstrom (Ryan); her grandchildren, Aiden, Patrick of Jake, JJ, Colin and Adeline; and her siblings, Sharon Giza, Margaret Litchfield, Paul McCarthy of Worcester and Michael McCarthy of Savannah, GA.. She is also survived by friends from high school, many in-laws, cousins, nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 8th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Callahan Fay Caswell Funeral Home (61 Myrtle St, Worcester, MA 01608). A funeral Mass was held on Monday, December 9th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Our Lady of the Angels Church (1222 Main St, Worcester, MA 01603). A burial was held on Monday, December 9th 2024 at the Worcester County Memorial Park (217 Richards Ave, Paxton, MA 01612).
