He is survived by: his sons, Scott J. Domenech, Jr. of Worcester, Robert of Worcester and Julian Domenech of Worcester; his parents, Robert Cruz of Worcester and Elsa Arroyo of Worcester; and his siblings, Erik Domenech and Sue Domenech of Worcester. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
