She was predeceased by: her parents, Warren Lee and Dorothy Lee (Strom); and her brothers, William and Jonathan Lee. She is survived by: her husband Sean O'Sullivan; her daughter Colleen; her daughter-in-law Rebecca O'Sullivan (Christopher O'Sullivan); her grandchildren, Catherine O'Sullivan (Joel Asadoorian) and Ryan O'Sullivan; and her sister Linda Lee of Worcester.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to either the Shriners or the Rose Monahan Hospice House, both of which were close to Sandra's heart.
