He was predeceased by: his brother Richard A. Pilski; and his parents, Alfred Pilski and Nancy Pilski (Pascucci). He is survived by: his son Ronald G. Pilski Jr. of Worcester; the mother of his child Lou Vincent of South Grafton; his sister-in-law Frances Mary Pilski of Worcester; and his niece Jenna Pilski of Marlborough.
