He was predeceased by: his parents, George K. Rizkalla, Sr. and Catherine "Mae" Rizkalla (Haddad); and his nephew David E. Rizkalla. He is survived by: his siblings, George K. Rizkalla, Jr. of Tenants Harbor, Maine and Janet C. Forzley of Manchester.
