He was predeceased by: his parents, James Tinsley and Margaret Tinsley (McGarr); his wife Marie Tinsley (Provost); his son Paul O. Tinsley; and his brothers, Francis Tinsley, Paul Tinsley and Edward Tinsley.
He is survived by: his children, David W. Tinsley of Holden, John J. Tinsley (Rebecca) of Princeton and Diane M. Ferriter (James) of Leominster; his brother Joseph Tinsley of Auburn; and his grandson David W. Tinsley Jr.. He is also survived by 2 great grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
