He is survived by: his significant other Edna; his sons, Robert Bolivar (Barbie) of Holden, Steven Bolivar (Christine) of Shrewsbury, David Bolivar (Kendra) of Worcester and Daniel Bolivar (Sharon) of Leicester; his niece Paula Moran of Wakefield, MA; and his sister Marjorie of Florida. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, four great grandchildren.
