He was predeceased by: his parents, George "Lefty" Kadis and Barbara Kadis; and his brothers, George Kadis Jr. and Paul Kadis. He is survived by: his wife Jane T. Kadis (DePaoli); his children, Jennifer (Bella) and Michael (Stephanie); and his grandchildren, Anderson, Morgan, McKenna, Madyson, Charley, Carter and Murphy. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends.
