He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Marsha Sadusky (Kielinen); his children, Bruce Sadusky of Worcester, Robert Sadusky Jr of Worcester, Linda Mattice (Leon) of Worcester and Darlene Davis (Ken) of Holden; his siblings, James Sadusky (Mary) of Spencer and Claudette "Queenie" Samko (Stanley) of Shrewsbury; his grandchildren, Spencer Morse, Amanda Milott, Robert Sadusky III, Autumn Davis, Tyler Davis, Brandon Davis and Madison Sadusky; his great grandchildren, Savannah of Bobby Sadusky, IV and Grace; his brother Donald Sadusky; his parents, James P. Sadusky and Emma R. Sadusky (Mason); and his close friend Peewee. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
