He was predeceased by: his son Bryan Carroll. He is survived by: his wife Annette Carroll (Boudrot); his children, Kevin Carroll (Louise) of Natick, Bethanne Saef (Jeff) of Boston and Patrice Carroll of Worcester; his grandchildren, Timothy, Stephen, Margaret, Emma, Benjamin, Caroline and Emily; and his siblings, James, William and Theresa. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
