Duggan (Thomas) of North Brookfield, Kathleen A. Sultan (Javed) of Lexington and Jane A. Blanchard (Niki Anderson) of North Brookfield; his great grandchildren, Jillian and Caleb Duggan; his son John Blanchard; his sisters, Theresa Laird and Pauline Brooks; and his parents, Louis Blanchard and Rose Blanchard (Parenteau). He was also cherished by eight grandchildren.
