He was predeceased by: his parent Reed W. Sargent. He is survived by: his wife Doris M. Sargent (Barry); his sons, Worcester Police Chief Steven (Sargent) and Richard M. Sargent; his siblings, Robert Valentine (Renee) of Florida, Thomas Valentine and Pamela Hill of Oregon; his grandchild Robert J. Sargent; his great grandchild Landon K. Sargent of Worcester; his siblings, Eugene Wood, Douglas Wood, Catherine Clark and Judy Gardula; and his parent Doris M. Sargent (Flagg). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and many close friends.
