He was predeceased by: his parents, Jennie Schomber and Albert Peltier; and his significant other Linda Kohlroser. He is survived by: his sons, Steven (Carol) and Edward (Kaye); his grandchildren, Nicholas and Jeanette Peltier; his cousin Jane Wick; and his brothers-in-law, Rudy Kohlroser (Mary) and Gary York.
