Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Peter G Foulkes (Worcester, Massachusetts), born in Putnam, Connecticut, who passed away at the age of 73, on April 8, 2020. He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Maurice G. and Ruth E. Foulkes (Barrus); and his wife Carol Perry. He is survived by: his friend Donald MacGillis; his brothers, Jonathan Foulkes and David Foulkes; and his sister-in-law Suzanne. He is also survived by four children.

Shortly after, he was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease and Dementia.
