She is survived by: her significant other Daniel O'Leary; her brother Richard Johnson; her daughters, Courtney Collins, Casey Williams (Kent) and Chelsea Collins (Jason); her grandchildren, McKayla, Wiley, Cody, Lucy and Harriet; her niece Melissa Johnson; and her nephew Matthew Johnson.
