He was predeceased by: his father James R. Sanders; his sister Robin Sanders; and his grandmother Katherine Bonner. He is survived by: his mother Elizabeth Lawton (Bonner); his son John Sanders of Worcester; his granddaughter Natalie; his siblings, Kevin Sanders (Joan) of Worcester, Catherine Leger (James Abasciano) of Auburn and John Lawton (Lisa) of Bolton; and his nieces and nephews, Tara, Jake, Julie, Jessica, Jordyn, Nathan and Ashley. He is also survived by loving aunts, uncles, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Paul's memory to the Worcester Animal Rescue League.
