She was predeceased by: her husband John J. McGrath; her son John J. Jr.; and her parents, Samuel D. Serra and Hazel D. Serra (Chase). She is survived by: her daughters, Maureen E. Stratford of Worcester, Patricia L. Nicholas (Richard) of Boylston and Eileen N. Bernier of Uxbridge; her grandchildren, Tracy, John, Joseph, Justin, Sean, Shane and Ian; her great grandchildren, Jordan, Damian and Rylan; her brothers, Paul Serra and Richard Serra; and her granddaughter Devan. She is also survived by Many nieces, nephews.
Memorial remembrances in her name can be made to the UMass Foundation for Cancer Research, 25 South St. Shrewsbury.
