He was predeceased by: his close friend Pasquale "Patsy" Mazzamurro; his sisters, Rose Monroe and Carmella Olivieri; and his parents, Nicola Mazzamurro and Antonetta Mazzamurro (Izzi).
He is survived by: his wife Leona T. Mazzamurro (Dattis); his children, Leona A. Joseph (Steven) of Shrewsbury and Nicholas Mazzamurro III (Jeff French) of Worcester; his grandchildren, Rebecca Joseph (Rocco Scala) of Dennis Ma, Dr. Rachael Mazzamurro-Romer (James Romer) of Nashville and Abby Joseph of Shrewsbury; his stepgrandchildren, Kallie and Brenda; and his sisters, Frances Simone of Shrewsbury and Anna Saucier (Bernard) of Worcester. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
