He was predeceased by: his mother Therese Symczak; his brothers, Glen and Mark Symczak; and his granddaughter Tiffany Mosqueda. He is survived by: his children, Aidan Mosqueda, Dominic, Mason, Dante D'Amore and Amaya Symczak; his siblings, Gary Symczak and Sharon Anderson (John Anderson); his niece Kendra Anderson-Skowyra; and his former wife Hannelore Symczak. He is also survived by his four children.
