She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Headd and Mary Headd (McMahon); her son David "Murphy" Shliapa; and her brother Martin. She is survived by: her sons, Stanley Shliapa (Maureen Belden) and Michael Shliapa (Debra Shliapa) of Worcester; her siblings, England, Bridget Martinson (Michael), Michael Headd (Bridie), Jim Headd (Pam), Patrick Headd (Anne), John Headd (Anne), Joe Headd (Moira), Eugene Headd, Theresa Keohane (Christy), Brendan Headd (Patricia), Rita Morriarty (Daniel) and Terrance Headd; and her sister-in-law Bridie Headd. She is also survived by two grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers her family asks that memorial contributions be considered to the Worcester Hibernian Cultural Foundation, 19 Temple St., Worcester, MA 01604 or the Michael J. Fox Foundation.
