She was predeceased by: her husband Paul E. Mathieu; her brothers, Patrick, Kevin, Desmond and Eamon O'Farrell; and her parents, Patrick "Paddy" O'Farrell and Catherine O'Farrell (O'Malley).
She is survived by: her children, Brian P. Mathieu (Jackie) of Nashua, NH and Deirdre M. McLeod (Michael); her grandchildren, Jennifer Yakas (Tommy) of San Diego, CA, Kelsey Miller (A. J.) of Marlborough, Elizabeth Leone (Zachary) of Worcester, Sadie McLeod of Durham, NH and Lucian McLeod of Durham, NH; and her great grandchild Emma Jane Yakas. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
