She was predeceased by: her husband Francis J. Leazes, Sr.; and her parents, Michael T. Fell and Abbie J. Fell (Connors). She is survived by: her son Francis J. "Chip" Leazes, Jr. (Audrey J. Laforge) of Providence; and her grandchildren, Dylan F. Leazes and Abbie J. Leazes.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to either St. John's Church or to the St. John's Food Pantry in memory of Mary Madeline (Fell) Leazes.
