She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Efthim and Rita (Aferdita); her husband Kristo Gregory; and her brother Harry Efthim. She is survived by: her daughters, Katherine Gregory (Angelo Cacciuto) and Jennifer Gjulameti. She is also survived by cousins, as well as numerous nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made "In Memory of Mary Ann Gregory" to St. Mary's Assumption Albanian Orthodox Church, or Rose Monahan Hospice in Worcester, both dear to Mary's heart.
